Registration 2011/2012

Please fill out the registration form front and back and return it to the Academy BEFORE JULY 1, 2011 to hold your place in class.  After July 1, 2011 open classes will be filled on a first come first serve basis. (This is very important in the younger levels!)

If you are unsure of what classes/levels your child may sign up for, do not worry, the staff looks over each registration form and suggests/places each child in the class/classes that we feel your child is best suited for. If you are new to the Academy, you will be notified when your registration is received.
